About Northbrook Days
The Northbrook Civic Foundation was originally established in 1907 as the Shermerville Improvement Club. The Civic name was adopted in 1925. The purpose of the Northbrook Civic Foundation is to support, through active participation and funding, projects that enhance the quality of life in our community. Civic has only one fundraising event each year— Northbrook Days—held each summer on the Village Green. The Northbrook Civic Foundation is a totally independent, not for profit, volunteer organization. Profits from Northbrook Days are funneled back into the community.
Small Business Expo
The Northbrook Civic Foundation is hosting a small business expo and street faire this year on Saturday, August 7 from noon to 5pm with a Sunday rain date. Please join us!.

The Refreshment Tent
Come and enjoy our new air conditioned refreshment tent sponsored by Joseph Mullarkey Distributing featuring cold Miller beer and Coke products. The perfect vantage point to enjoy good beer, good friends, and good food with a great view of the nightly entertainment!
The People
What's more important than the rides, the bands, and the food? The people of course! Northbrook Days wouldn't be complete without people like you having fun in the sun, and when the sun goes down, staying around for an amazing line up of bands. And don't worry, the food will be here well into the night!
